The Head of Investor Relations will broaden and enhance our value and financial imagery creating a world class investor and shareholder communications program.
Act as liaison between the company and the public and media on financial matters.
Maintain and develop a positive public image for the organization.
Facilitate the company’s annual meeting, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, coordinating the meeting space, arranging press coverage, and other related tasks.
Produces quarterly and annual shareholder reports.
Act as gatekeeper, sounding board, guy/gal Friday, and right hand person to our global CEO.

Evaluate current systems and design innovative ways to improve or replace the existing systems or processes
Field observation and field sample collections
Investigate, record and compile reports for environmental-related complaints
Pollution-control and waste treatment planning
Develop guidelines for the disposal of hazardous materials
Act as a regulatory arm for a companies compliance with waste disposal and management
Oversee the design and implementation of our processes. Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.
Have extensive experience in process design, excellent technical skills, and high-level analytical skills.
Meet with production managers to assess existing processes.
Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Perform risk assessments.
Design and test process upgrades and new process systems.
Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
Perform optimization tests.
Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
Provide the Product Manager with process documents and standard operating procedures.
Monitor upgrades systems.
